Return Policy for Frozen Food Products

Overview

At Golden Empadas, your satisfaction is our top priority, please refer to the below steps to take upon receiving your delivery.

1. Proper Storage

Customers are responsible for storing frozen food products according to the instructions provided with the package and/or as specified on this website. Inadequate storage leading to product deterioration will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer should immediately inspect the delivered frozen food products. If any product shows signs of excessive thawing, deterioration, or any other visible irregularity Defective Deliveries, the customer should notify Golden Empadas and document the issue.

3. Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to return defective frozen food products, do not match the provided description, or those that. Requests for returns or complaints must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date. The customer should contact our customer service at info@goldenempadas.com to report the issue and initiate the return or complaint process.

4. Return Procedure

When requesting a return or complaint, the customer should provide complete purchase details, including the order number, product description, and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including providing a return authorization code, if applicable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping other than in the event of a Defective Deliveries or if the received item does not match the provided description

5. Analysis and Resolution

Upon receiving the return request, our team will analyze the reason for the return assess its compliance with our Privacy Policy In case of defective, non-conforming products, or Defective Deliveries, we will offer the option of full refund or product replacement, less shipping cost. In situations where the validity of the complaint cannot be determined, our team may request additional information.
