- Frozen Products Only: All our products are sold frozen and must be returned in their original, frozen condition.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Inspection by Our Team: Returned products will undergo inspection by our quality assurance team. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product is found to meet the conditions outlined below.
- Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately with details and evidence (e.g., medical report, product packaging). Our team will investigate the issue to ensure safety and quality.
When Refunds or Exchanges Are Approved
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product was damaged or defective upon pickup.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item(s).

- Products returned after the 7-day window.
- Partially consumed products, unless a defect is identified.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund or Return

- Product Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Return Process: If approved, return the product to the designated pickup location where it was originally collected.
