At Golden Empadas, we are committed to delivering high-quality frozen products. However, we understand that issues may arise. Below is our policy regarding returns:
- Conditions for Returns:
- Frozen Products Only: All our products are sold frozen and must be returned in their original, frozen condition.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
- Returned products will be evaluated based on the conditions outlined below. If they meet the required criteria, they will be exchanged for the same item. Refunds will not be issued; only product exchanges are allowed.
When Exchanges Are Approved
- Damaged or Defective Products.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item(s).
When Exchanges Are Not Approved
- Products returned after the 3 day window.
- Partially consumed products, unless a defect is identified.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@goldenempadas.com with the order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the product (if applicable).
- Product Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Replacement Process: If approved, bring the product to the designated pickup location where it was originally collected to receive a replacement.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to personal preferences, such as taste. Please ensure you review the product description before purchase.
