Payments for orders will be processed through the designated payment gateway, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.

Shipping & Delivery
Golden Empadas products are perishable, frozen food items shipped using insulated packaging designed to maintain product temperature during transit. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Golden Empadas is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or the customer's failure to be available to receive the package upon delivery. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately refrigerate or freeze the product. Golden Empadas is not liable for product spoilage resulting from delayed pickup, incorrect storage, or failure to promptly receive the shipment.
Any claims regarding damaged, spoiled, or missing products must be reported to Golden Empadas within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to be eligible for review. Golden Empadas currently ships within the United States; certain areas may be excluded due to shipping limitations.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (ET) on Thursday will ship that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will ship the following Monday, to prevent the package from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Disclaimers
The content and services provided on the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Golden Empadas does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Empadas disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, Golden Empadas does not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or taste. Replacements or refunds may be considered only for orders that arrive damaged, spoiled in transit, or incorrect, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Golden Empadas or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Golden Empadas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Site or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
